Why is the first run slow?
The AI model is around 40 MB and is downloaded once, then cached by your browser. After that the tool works instantly and even offline.
What if the cutout is not perfect?
Use the erase and restore brushes to correct the edges by hand — hair and fine detail often need a small touch-up.
