Your files

The image and text tools on freetools.me run entirely inside your browser using standard web APIs. Your files are read into your own device's memory, processed there, and discarded when you close or reload the page. They are not uploaded, stored or inspected by us.

Accounts

There are no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email address or payment details.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools people use, so we know what to improve. It records page-level activity such as the page you viewed, the site or search that referred you, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. To tell repeat visits apart it sets first-party cookies (_ga and a related per-property cookie) that expire after two years.

Nothing you put into a tool is included. File contents, file names and text you paste stay on your device and are never sent to Google or to us. We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run ads, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone beyond this analytics service.

You can opt out by blocking analytics cookies in your browser, using a content blocker, or installing Google's official browser opt-out add-on. The tools themselves work exactly the same either way.

Future server-side tools

Some tools may eventually require server-side processing. Any such tool will state clearly, on its own page and before you upload anything, that a file leaves your device — and uploaded files will be deleted immediately after processing.
